Lisa Arkis (flute) has performed with the New Jersey Symphony, Orchestra of St. Luke’s, Princeton Camerata, and the New Haven Symphony. She has participated in the Colorado Music Festival, Summer Music Festival, Loon Lake Live!, and the Washington Square Park Festival, and recently performed at the Garrett Lakes Arts Festival in Maryland. Lisa has been a featured soloist with the New York Bach Ensemble and other chamber groups throughout the tn-state area and has recorded on the Sonic Muse labeL An adjunct faculty member of the Manhattan School of Music Pre-college division from 2001-2004, Lisa maintains private teaching studios in NYCand Connecticut and graduated from the Aaron Copland School of Music where she was a student of the late Thomas Nyfenger.
