Salmon Cakes 1/1/09
Feeds 3 people (six cakes)
1 can of salmon (cooked)
1 Potato boiled and mashed
1 small onion diced
Franks Hot Sauce (mixed in the egg)
I small pepper diced (red or green)
Old Bay (light)
Mayo, relish, light Chile powder
Mix all ingredients and form into six patties.
Heat butter in skillet and cook for 5-6-minutes per side.
Serve hot with Tarter Sauce on side.
Serve with green salad
